The price you see is the price of the car in Dubai. Freight, insurance and duty at the destination are quoted by your shipping company, not by us.
Exit certificate, export declaration, customs forms and ownership documents. We prepare the UAE-side file and hand it to your shipping company with the car.
More than 100,000 vehicles sold and prepared for export. We prepare the UAE export file and deliver the car to the port, where the shipping company you appoint takes over.
This varies by country and depends on the vehicle type, engine capacity, year of manufacture, and customs regulations. A customs broker can help you estimate exact duties.
You appoint the shipping company, and they arrange the shipping. They book the vessel or container space, quote the freight, and tell you the transit time. Altass Motors does not book shipping and cannot quote a transit time. What we do is prepare the UAE export paperwork, deliver the car to the port, and hand the vehicle and the full export file to your shipping company.
We prepare and submit the exit certificate, export declaration, customs forms, vehicle ownership documents, and any country-specific paperwork required. Everything will be processed and handed over for your shipment to move legally and without delays.
You appoint the shipping company, and you are free to use any company you choose. We do not work with specific shipping lines and we do not recommend or refer shipping agents. Once you have appointed one, we deliver the car to the port and hand the vehicle and the full export file to your agent. If you have not appointed a shipper yet, you will need to arrange that yourself before the car can leave the UAE.
Definitely. We regularly handle bulk exports and fleet documentation for car dealers, rental companies, and international buyers. We manage all units under one umbrella file to simplify processing and reduce delays.
Most of the export files we prepare are for buyers in Africa, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and parts of Asia, particularly Ghana, Nigeria, Jordan, Georgia and Iraq. We prepare the UAE-side paperwork for those markets. We do not ship the car and we do not clear it at the destination, so the route it takes and the customs process at the other end are handled by your shipping company and your customs broker.
